Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- 10-hour day shifts
- 40 hours per week
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- On-call on a rotational basis
- Call response time: 30 minutes from page
Required Qualifications
- Cath Lab Technologist with 2 years of experience
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT
- BLS
- IEMA
Preferred Qualifications
- Ped's experience
- McKesson cardiology PACS experience
Department Details
- Cath Lab | Tech
- 6 suites/labs
- Average 10 to 15 cases per day
- Cath lab is separate from IR and EP
Job Duties
- Scrub
- Monitor hemodynamics
- Circulate
Floating
- Not required to float
Call Details
- Weekly call on a rotational basis
- Usually 8 to 9 shifts per month
- Holidays are on a rotational basis
- Mandatory call list used when staff cannot fulfill a call shift
Orientation
- 3 to 5 days
- 12 non-billable orientation hours
Additional Notes
- Local placements accepted within a 50-mile radius
- Scrubs are provided
- Drug-free campus; negative drug screen required for all panels
