Contract Length: 13 weeks

Seeking an LPN with experience in Long Term Care (LTC) settings for a 13-week assignment. Responsibilities include:

Shifts are varied and will be based on census and facility needs.

Valid LPN / LVN license in Hawaii
Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification
Experience in a Long Term Care setting

Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before contract start
Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment on Friday
Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment
