Location: Pahala, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 20 weeks

Provide physical therapy services primarily in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting, with secondary coverage in ICF/SNF rehab.
Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients.
Plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by attending physicians or consulting specialists.
Provide consulting physical therapy services as needed.
Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
Use of EMR system (Meditech) is required.

Must have an active Hawaii state license by the start of the assignment. Travelers not currently licensed in Hawaii must apply upon acceptance of the offer.
Minimum 6 months of work experience in at least one of the following adult care settings: acute care, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing facility (SNF).
BLS/BCLS certification required.

Variable shifts, examples include:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Must arrive the Thursday before the start date to attend an employee health appointment on Friday.
Do not accept the start date if unable to arrive on time.
