SNF RN - Day

Location: Quincy, California Employment Type: Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36 Shift: 3 x 12-hour day shifts

Role Overview

This position delivers resident care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of direct and indirect nursing care, following the physician's plan of care. The RN collaborates with other professional disciplines to deliver effective, efficient care and achieve desired resident outcomes. The role applies knowledge of residents' age and cultural diversity and contributes to quality care through performance improvement techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Valid, current California RN license
• At least 1 year of skilled nursing experience, with experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing
