Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (CRT) - Travel Position

Location: Guthrie, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: BLS, CRT
• Years of Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Physical Therapy
• Skills/Experience:

  • Familiarity with procedures and equipment used in the Physical Therapy department
  • Knowledge of indications, contraindications, and hazards of various therapy techniques
  • Experience treating both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Patient diagnoses may include neurological or orthopedic conditions; wound care may also be involved

Work Environment

• Patient Type: Medical patients
• Supervision: Must be able to work under limited supervision and make rational, logical decisions based on physician consultation, lab results, and patient assessment
• EMR System: EPIC
• Dress Code: Black scrubs required
