Position Details

Unit Information
- Unit: CT
- Number of Scanners: 2 (GE and Phillips)
- Staffing:
- 7 Full-Time
- 3 PRN
- Shifts When Fully Staffed:
- Day Shift: 3 techs
- Evening Shift: 2 techs
- Night Shift: 1 tech
- Weekend Shift: 2 techs (12-hour shifts)
- Patient Volume: 80-100 scans per day
- Equipment: GE & Phillips CT scanners
- EMR Systems: Meditech, GE Centricity PACS
Required Qualifications
- Licenses: Virginia State Radiology Tech License (MUST HAVE)
- Certifications:
- ARRT-CT
- BLS
- Experience:
- Current CT experience
- CT registry required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GE or Phillips CT scanners
Typical Procedures
- Abdominal/Pelvic scans
- Biopsies
- Head, Spine, Brain imaging
- Chest scans
- CT Angiographies (CTA’s)

This role is ideal for a CT Tech with current Virginia licensure and ARRT-CT certification, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of scans and multiple shifts.
