Travel RN - ICU Position

Location: Barstow, California
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description

Under the leadership of the Unit Manager, Nursing Supervisor, and/or Charge Nurse, the RN is responsible and accountable for planning, directing, assessing, and providing nursing care according to hospital policies and procedures. The role requires demonstrating exceptional knowledge and skill, acting as a role model and leader, educator, and providing support in mentoring and retaining nursing staff.

Shift: 12-hour night shifts, alternating schedule
On-Call: No

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
