Required Qualifications

• License: Registered Nurse License (RN)

• Certifications:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Emergency Room nursing (higher value between 1+ and 3+ years applied)

• Skills:

  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient
  • Able to perform all ER tasks including phlebotomy, IV insertion, EKG, splinting, wound care, and patient transport

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of patient-centered experience focused on creating a positive experience for patients and families while meeting operational metrics
• Team-oriented personality
