Location: Houston, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Information
- Unit: CVICU, Floor 3, South Tower
- Number of Beds: 22
- Staff: 87 total
- Day Shift Staffing: 14 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Tech
- Night Shift Staffing: 14 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Tech
- Patient Ratios: 2:1 and 1:1
- Equipment: Vents, CRRT, Impella, ECMO
- EMR System: Meditech Expanse
Required Skills & Experience
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) in ICU
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year in specialty
- Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIH Certification
- Required License: Registered Nurse License
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Impella and ECMO devices
