MRI Technologist - Travel Position

Job Description

• Perform MRI technical procedures under the direction of Medical Director, Section Head, Clinical Specialist, Manager, and Radiologist.
• Create diagnostic images using MRI modality.
• Provide patients with a safe and positive experience in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center.
• Support teaching and continuous learning as MRI technology evolves.
• Conduct MRI exams on a variety of patients including trauma, emergency room, outpatients, inpatients (stable and intensive care), research patients, and those requiring specialized MRI-guided procedures.

Requirements

• ARRT certification required.
• New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) license required at time of submission.

Schedule

• Thursday to Saturday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM (three 12-hour shifts).
• No on-call responsibilities.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks
