Inpatient Rehab LPN/LVN

Role

Travel LPN/LVN in Inpatient Rehab.

Location

Madison, Wisconsin

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

12-hour shifts: 6:30p to 7:00a
Every other weekend
Holiday rotations
Call required

Unit

Rehab department
49 beds
Adult inpatient rehabilitation population with high-acuity needs
1:7 patient ratio

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in Wisconsin
Skilled Nursing (2 years of experience)
Skilled Nursing experience within the last year
BLS
Med Surg experience
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

Med Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience related to patient acuity

Float Scope

No current float requirement
May be required to float to a satellite IRF facility within 20 minutes in the near future

Additional Notes

70% of patient cases come referred from Trauma Center
Nurses are expected to assist CNAs and answer call lights for patient safety
