Night shift
36 guaranteed hours per week
Every other weekend

Med Surg ICU
38 beds
Patient ratio: 2/3:1
Mixed unit; most patients are medical, with neuro surgery and CV surgery patients
Float scope: Med Surg and Stepdown

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arkansas
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Med Surg experience
Stepdown experience

Preferred Qualifications

CCRN
SCRN
Open heart recovery experience
CRRT experience

Equipment / Clinical Environment

Vents
Hemodynamics
CRRT is a plus

Dress Code

Black scrubs
No hoodies
