Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
CVOR (1 year of experience)
CVOR experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Key Experience / Skills

Open heart and thoracic procedures

Schedule / Work Expectations

Rotational call nights, weekends, and holidays
Float as required by the facility

Unit / Patient Population

Cardiothoracic patients
4 operating rooms

Additional Notes

Flu vaccination or approved exemption is required for travelers from November 1 through April 1
Black scrubs required
Unprofessional attire and jeans are not acceptable
Epic Optime is used for documentation
Physical demands include standing and walking most of the shift, with lifting, pushing, pulling, gripping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling as part of the role
