Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
• BLS
• Graduation from a physical therapy program

Work Setting and Duties

• Provides outpatient therapy care
• May cover some acute care patients, including respiratory, cardiac, CVA, and orthopedic cases
• Patient population is primarily adults and older adults, with occasional older adolescents/teens

Preferred Experience

• Neuro experience
• Orthopedic experience
• Some acute care experience

Schedule Details

• One acute care coverage weekend every 4–5 weeks
• Flex days are scheduled the week before and after weekend coverage

Additional Notes

• Outpatient clinic role with occasional acute care coverage
• Must be able to manage a fast-paced environment and a full caseload
• Scrubs may be any color, but a scrub top is required
• Earbuds are not allowed during patient care
