Registered Nurse - Radiology (Travel)

Location: Denver, Colorado
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Unit Information

• Department: Interventional Radiology (IR) / Medical Imaging
• Floor: 3rd floor, Medical Imaging Suite
• Equipment: Fluoroscopy suite, catheters, stents, IV pumps
• EMR System: Meditech / CPN
• Staff: 11 RNs total (6-7 on day shift, night shift on-call)
• Patient Ratios: Not applicable
• Typical Procedures:

  • Image-guided invasive procedures in IR, CT, and Ultrasound
  • MRI with anesthesia and pacemaker observation

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• One day of call during the week
• Every 3rd weekend on call

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience in Radiology and Acute Care settings
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS
