Job Summary

  • Provide assessment, treatment, and education focused on independent living, community reintegration, functional cognitive retraining, upper extremity function, perceptual activities, and assistive equipment and splinting/positioning mechanics.
  • Evaluate patients, establish treatment goals and anticipated outcomes, and deliver skilled physical assessments and treatments.
  • Delegate and supervise within scope of authority to students, assistants, and technicians.
  • Reassess patient progress, revise treatment plans, and modify goals as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
