Overview

• Travel assignment in Portage, Wisconsin
• Contract length: 10 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• Start date: 10/26

Schedule

• Night shifts
• Schedule may vary based on operational needs
• Anticipated transition to Monday through Thursday nights upon the permanent employee's return
• Weekend rotation every other weekend
• Holiday rotation

Float Scope

• Float to other facilities in the Southern Region: WI Rapids, Stevens Point, and Plover
• Required to float to the Ortho outpatient unit on campus

Required Qualifications

• Wisconsin license
• ARRT (R)
• AHA or ARC BLS
• 1 year CT experience
• 1 year x-ray experience

Additional Details

• On-call may be assigned during low census hours
• Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Epic charting experience
• Equipment used includes GE 64slice VCT for CT and GE, Siemens, and Phillips for x-ray
