ED Night RN

Overview

  • Registered Nurse (RN) role in the Emergency Department (ED)
  • Night shift: 7P-7A
  • 36 hours per week
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Weekend requirement: every other weekend
  • Holiday requirement: 2 winter holidays and either Christmas Eve or Black Friday
  • May float to the 12 BED Satellite ED

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in New Jersey
  • ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
  • ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • PALS issued by American Heart Association
  • NIHSS
  • Telemetry
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

  • More than 2 years of experience
  • BSN preferred

Skills and Clinical Focus

  • ED
  • 4 trauma CEUs
  • 8 stroke CEUs
