Shift: Day shift (AM)
Work Hours: 32 hours per week during holiday weeks, 40 hours per week otherwise
Start Date: ASAP
Equipment: Provided during interview
Parking: Provided on first day

Job Description

Must complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately.
Candidates with permanent or PRN employment at this provider within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
Prior work history as a traveler or permanent/PRN more than one year ago requires eligibility verification.

Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
