- Work Hours: 32 hours per week during holiday weeks, 40 hours per week otherwise

Job Description
- Must complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
- Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately.
- Candidates with permanent or PRN employment at this provider within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
- Prior work history as a traveler or permanent/PRN more than one year ago requires eligibility verification.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Additional Information
- No on-call responsibilities
- Overtime billed at 1.5x
- 30-day notice required before assignment start
- Credentialing required through contract QA process
