Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Overview

Travel assignment in Jasper, Indiana
13 weeks
Start: ASAP
Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week
12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

Epic experience

Unit Details

Adult med/surg unit
29-bed unit
Primary diagnoses include pneumonia, heart failure, cardiac, encephalopathy, infections, wounds, AKI, and stroke/TIA

Schedule and Assignment Details

May float between med/surg-like departments
On-call and call-back expectations may vary
Weekend and holiday coverage as needed
Potential July 4th or Labor Day coverage may be needed, but is not certain

Additional Notes

No local candidates within a 40-mile radius
COVID-19 vaccine not required, subject to change
Scrub color: navy
No competing health system or agency logos on scrubs
3 call-ins can result in termination
