Guaranteed 36 hours per week for 12-hour shifts, or 40 hours per week for 8-10 hour shifts
No on-call or call-back responsibilities

Valid Physical Therapist license in Nebraska
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required

Local placements within an 80-mile radius
A $500 fee applies if the clinician cancels or quits with less than 14 days' notice
Housing provided by the facility follows local rates
