Job Description
IU Health is offering charge pay, which includes a $3.00 hourly increase.
Shift Requirements
- Schedule: 4x10s (four 10-hour shifts)
Certification Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BCLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP)
- Chemotherapy Certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
- NIH Stroke Certification
Skillset Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Proficiency with Apheresis Equipment, Dialysis, and Central lines/ports
Staffing Ratios
- 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
Unit Information
- Specialties include GVHD, BO, CTCL, and Photopheresis
- Special Equipment: CellEx

Health Requirements
- Physical Exam: Required within 12 months of start date
- Fit Mask: Must be tested with approved respirators
- Vaccinations:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
- Tuberculin Skin Test (PPD), QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or T-SPOT
- Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
- Flu vaccination required during flu season
