Job Overview
- Travel/contract RN position in Tucson, Arizona
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 48 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- CPI
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred
- CPI certification
Work Setting
- Medical-surgical/telemetry unit caring for patients with:
- Intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Hospice/palliative care needs
- Oncology
- Cardiac acute/medical care
- Post-surgical care
- Bariatric
- Urology
- Neurology
- Orthopedics
Scheduling Notes
- Weekend coverage is required every other weekend
- 12 weekend shifts per contract
Compliance / Onboarding
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
- Physical exam required
- Fit testing required
- TB screening required
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
