Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Ann Arbor, Michigan
13-week contract
Day shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
48 hours per week
Adult outpatient program opening in a children’s hospital
Ratios: 1:2
Every other weekend
Call required
First-time travelers accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Hematology / Oncology (2 years of experience)
Hematology / Oncology experience within the last year
Bone Marrow Transplant experience
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
ACLS, as applicable
PALS, as applicable
NRP, as applicable
State license verification
NURSYS verification
Acknowledgement of pass/fail testing for PACU, Tele, and all ICU units, including CVICU
Pass/fail testing in EKG/Medication for PACU, Tele, and all ICU units, including CVICU
Government-issued photo ID
E-Verify or attestation
Background check
EPLS/GSA/SAM
HHS/OIG
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit test within 1 year of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Rubeola immunity
Mumps immunity
Rubella immunity
Hepatitis B immunity or declination
Varicella immunity
Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccination/documentation during flu season
2 recent verified professional references from managers or supervisors
