Overview

  • Travel/Contract assignment in Ann Arbor, Michigan
  • 13-week contract
  • Day shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
  • 48 hours per week
  • Adult outpatient program opening in a children’s hospital
  • Ratios: 1:2
  • Every other weekend
  • Call required
  • First-time travelers accepted

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Michigan
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Hematology / Oncology (2 years of experience)
  • Hematology / Oncology experience within the last year
  • Bone Marrow Transplant experience
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • ACLS, as applicable
  • PALS, as applicable
  • NRP, as applicable
  • State license verification
  • NURSYS verification
  • Acknowledgement of pass/fail testing for PACU, Tele, and all ICU units, including CVICU
  • Pass/fail testing in EKG/Medication for PACU, Tele, and all ICU units, including CVICU
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • E-Verify or attestation
  • Background check
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM
  • HHS/OIG
  • Physical exam within 1 year of start
  • Fit test within 1 year of start
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
  • Rubeola immunity
  • Mumps immunity
  • Rubella immunity
  • Hepatitis B immunity or declination
  • Varicella immunity
  • Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
  • Flu vaccination/documentation during flu season
  • 2 recent verified professional references from managers or supervisors
  • Employment application
  • Confidentiality agreement
  • Code of conduct attestation
  • Conflict of interest disclosure form
  • Sexual harassment and misconduct policy attestation
  • Cornerstone modules and attestation
