Overview

Travel/Contract role in Newport News, Virginia
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
13-week contract
Acute care hospital setting
Will cover ICU, ED, MS, and NICU if experienced
Level II trauma center with 3 ICUs
Staffing runs 7–10 RTs depending on census

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Virginia
Registered Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or Military Training Network or American Safety and Health Institute
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or Military Training Network or American Safety and Health Institute
Experience with Epic
2 professional references
Application/Resume required

Preferred

PALS if possible
NRP if has NICU experience
