NICU Registered Nurse
Overview
- Travel/contract NICU RN position
- Start: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights
- Schedule: Every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) plus 1 weekday night shift
- Holiday coverage required
- Minimal to no requested time off
- Weekend-only availability is required
- Floating is required to other departments and to the sister NICU; may also float to sister campuses within a 12-mile radius
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic

Health and Compliance Requirements
- Fit testing for a 3M N95 respirator
- Tdap vaccination
- TB screening or chest X-ray if indicated
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity documentation
- 10-panel drug screen including cotinine/nicotine
- Seasonal flu vaccination documentation
