Required Qualifications

Certification: ARRT or RCIS
License: Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Montana
Experience: Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

RCIS preferred

Compliance / Onboarding Requirements

Current and valid government photo ID, driver’s license/state ID, or passport
Proof of name change if applicable
7-year background check within 30 days of start, with annual renewal
EPLS/GSA/SAM clearance within 30 days of start
HHS/OIG clearance within 30 days of start
Education verification of highest completed education
Two references, including a direct supervisor reference from within the last year
Current employment application with 7 years of employment history and explanation for gaps over 30 days
Application missing information tracking form, current and including 7 years of employment history with explanation for gaps over 30 days
Skills checklist, as applicable

Health and Safety Requirements

ACLS
BLS
Fit testing with a quantitative mask fit test within 90 days prior to start, unless completed onsite
Negative TB test or chest X-ray, with annual renewal
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
Drug screening within 30 days of start, with annual renewal
Seasonal flu vaccination or approved declination/exemption
COVID vaccination series or approved medical/religious exemption
