Registered Nurse – PCU

Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Greensboro, North Carolina
  • Night shift: 3x12s, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
  • Every other weekend required
  • Holidays as needed
  • Floating required as needed across facilities

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in North Carolina
  • PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
  • PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Driver's License
  • Telemetry experience
  • Experience with Epic

Clinical Focus

  • Cardiac patients, including congestive heart failure, rule-out myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome, and arrhythmias
  • Secondary focus on respiratory conditions such as COPD and pneumonia

  • First-time travelers are accepted
