Overview

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
• On-call and holiday coverage required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• GI Lab experience within the last year
• 1 year of GI Lab experience
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic

Additional Requirements

• Valid government-issued photo ID or passport
• E-Verify or attestation
• Background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
• HHS/OIG screening
• Photo for badge
• Signed job description
• Non-employee internet access form
• NESF form
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Fit test
• Tdap
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
• Hepatitis B documentation or facility declination
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
• Drug test within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season

• Local rate applies within 90 miles
• Medication/pharmacology exam must be completed within 30 days of start
• Dysrhythmia/EKG exam must be completed within 30 days of start
• NIH Stroke Certification may be obtained within 30 days of hire if required by the unit
