Day shift, 8 hours per day (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
5 days per week
36 guaranteed hours weekly
Weekends as needed
No on-call required

Job Description

Provide home health therapy services with a caseload of 5-6 patients per day (standard productivity: 30 points)
1:1 patient ratio, may visit up to 6 patients daily
Timely communication and documentation required
Documentation tools provided and must be returned
Own transportation required; occasional travel radius up to 50+ miles
System groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time

Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in California
Minimum 1 year of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience, including experience within the last year
Experience in a Home Health setting
BLS certification
