Work Schedule

  • Day shift, 8 hours per day (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
  • 5 days per week
  • 36 guaranteed hours weekly
  • Weekends as needed
  • No on-call required

Job Description

  • Provide home health therapy services with a caseload of 5-6 patients per day (standard productivity: 30 points)
  • 1:1 patient ratio, may visit up to 6 patients daily
  • Timely communication and documentation required
  • Documentation tools provided and must be returned
  • Own transportation required; occasional travel radius up to 50+ miles
  • System groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time

  • Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in California
  • Minimum 1 year of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience, including experience within the last year
  • Experience in a Home Health setting
  • BLS certification
