Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide care in Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Postpartum unit
• Patient ratio: 1 nurse to 4 patients
• EPIC documentation system experience required
• Postpartum experience required
• Floating required within scope to all four hospitals as needed
• Weekend shifts required: every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period (12-14 total)
• No on-call required
• Block scheduling not accommodated

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Minimum 1 year of postpartum experience, with experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Experience working with Maternal-Fetal patients
• Experience with EPIC documentation system

• Background checks required, including MVR release, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, fingerprinting (Florida AHCA Level II clearance mandatory before start)

• Candidates must comply with all health and safety requirements, including immunizations, drug testing, and physical exams
