Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible extension)
Work Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (day shift)
Job Description
- MRI Technologist position
- Minimal to no Return to Office (RTO) required (must be included on submission)
Required Qualifications
- Current R.T. ARRT certification
- Minimum 2 years recent MRI Tech experience (pediatric experience preferred)
- Recent travel experience preferred
- EPIC charting experience preferred
Required Documents & Compliance
- Government-issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
- Social Security Card
- Proof of I9 and E-Verify or attestation
- Background check within 30 days of start (7-year criminal check covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years)
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start and updated for contract renewals
- Education verification or diploma/transcripts as applicable
- Proof of OSHA, HIPAA & Joint Commission annual training or signed attestation
- Proof of current certifications relevant to MRI Tech (ARRT)
- NURSYS verification if applicable
Health & Safety Requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start (not required to be updated annually)
- N95 Fit Mask test within 12 months of start (3M N95, specific sizes required)
- Tdap vaccine required (no declinations accepted)
- Negative TB test (Qgold or Tspot within 3 months of start; PPD not accepted)
- Immunity or vaccination proof for:
- Measles (Rubeola)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Varicella
- Hepatitis B: proof of positive titer with numerical values and reference ranges or declination
- 10-panel drug test including nicotine/cotinine within 60 days of start
- Seasonal flu vaccination required for current season (no exemptions accepted)
Additional Requirements
- Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
- Completed employment application/resume
- Updated skills checklist for applicable unit (annually)
This position is ideal for MRI Technologists with pediatric experience who are comfortable working in a travel/contract role and meeting comprehensive credentialing and health requirements.
