Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Registered Nurse)

Location: Santa Rosa, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Role: Case Management
Start Date: ASAP
Required Specialty Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse
First-time travelers accepted with clinical approval
Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends every 6 weeks
No call required
Floating: May be required to float between like units based on need
Charting System: Epic
Parking: Free

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
PALS certification issued by American Heart Association
NRP certification
NURSYS verification of RN license
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
