Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology Travel/Contract Position
Location: Santa Barbara, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of specialty experience required
- Prior travel experience NOT required (1st time travelers OK)
- Fluoroscopy equipment/scanner experience required
Certifications Required
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- California State Fluoroscopy Permit (MUST HAVE FLOURO PERMIT)
Preferred Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- ARRT Advanced
- NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board)
Additional Requirements
- All requested Return to Office (RTO) documentation must be submitted initially
- Must be able to work with EPIC electronic health record system
Important Notes
- High cost of living in the area; candidates should research before applying
- Fluoroscopy permit is mandatory for this role
Health & Compliance Requirements
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- Seasonal flu vaccination or documented declination during flu season (September - April)
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Fit test for N95 mask (facility will provide if needed)
- Background checks covering last 7 years of residence/work/school
- Harassment prevention training certificate (required for California)

- Government-issued photo ID (unexpired)

- Facility-specific job description completion
- Badge photo meeting facility requirements (shoulders up, plain background, no filters)
- Respirator clearance required for hospital setting
