Assignment Details

Traveler will float to both Orange and Irvine campuses and will primarily be pre-assigned to the 6th floor unit in Irvine.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Telemetry experience within the last year
1 year of telemetry experience
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic
Copies of continuing education taken within the last 24 months
2 references within 1 year of start in the current specialty, from a leadership role
Government-issued photo ID
Criminal background check within 1 year of start, updated annually
Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
N95 mask fit testing within 1 year of start, renewed annually
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Hepatitis B series or declination
Flu vaccine by 12/5, or signed declination
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
Signed HIPAA acknowledgement
Signed confidentiality agreement
Signed unit-specific job description
Signed traveler acknowledgement
Signed orientation safety manual acknowledgement
Signed epidural pain policy review
Signed standard of care: skin care acknowledgement
Signed hepatitis C declination or titer, if applicable
Signed sexual violence and sexual harassment policy acknowledgement
Signed UCI TB symptom review
Signed UCI Pyxis agreement
Signed UCI PD workplace violence prevention in healthcare acknowledgement
