Role Overview
- High acuity, non-ICU dietitian assignment.
- Daily caseload: 6–10 patients per day.
- Unit setting includes adult patients in acute care and progressive floors in a level I trauma center.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license in New Mexico.
- RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (2 years of experience).
- RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist experience within the last year.
- Driver's License.
- Nutrition support including custom PN managing macros and micros.
Preferred
- None stated.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday.
- Day shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- 40 hours per week.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
- New contracts and extensions must be at least 10 weeks.
Additional Notes
- COVID vaccine is optional; upload series or declination if applicable.
- RTO greater than 7 days needs approval.
- Guaranteed hours are contracted hours, with facility allowed to call off 3 times.
- Scrub color: wine/maroon.
- Charting system: Cerner.
- Parking is free.
