References: 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
Must not have been an employee of the facility in the last 12 months
Candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver’s license

May float within the same discipline across local campuses
Patient types include rooming pre and post ops, some in-office procedures, vein closures, and biopsies
NBO: 16 hours
EMR: EPIC
Billable OT after 40 hours per week
48 hours per week also noted for OT billable after 48
Charge/Precept: $6/hr
On Call: $9/hr
Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
