Required Qualifications

  • Valid Rehabilitation Therapist license in Texas
  • Rehabilitation Therapist (1 year of experience)
  • Rehabilitation Therapist experience within the last year
  • Occupational Therapist experience
  • Speech Language Pathologist experience
  • Physical Therapist experience

Role Summary

  • Supervise and support the rehab team across all disciplines
  • Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently
  • Lead and participate in facility meetings
  • Assist with developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives
  • Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards
  • Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits
  • Ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care
