Overview

Location: West Burlington, Iowa
Employment type: LTA
Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
Contract length: 13 weeks
Estimated work week: 36 hours, with possible overtime

Role Summary

Provides nursing care to geriatric, medical/surgical, adult, and telemetry patients on medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Uses the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with the healthcare team.
May float to another campus and may occasionally be placed on call during low census periods.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS
NIHSS
CPI/MOAB
Driver's License
Experience with Epic
