Job Overview
- Location: Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts

- Schedule: 36 hours per week, rotating day/night shifts
- Shift length: 12 hours
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NBRC
- License and/or certification primary source verification
- Fit test for N95
- Respirator Medical Clearance attestation
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- TB test documentation
- Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- Resume including the past 7 years of work experience
- 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- Confirmation of Assignment/POI form
- Education verification
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
