Job Description
- Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience working in large organizations or teaching hospitals with 500 beds or more.
- Role involves case management and discharge planning.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Case Management experience, with experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- At least 6 months of experience working in large organizations or teaching hospitals with 500 beds or more.
