Surgical Technician (CST) - Boise, Idaho

Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Hours: 36-40 hours per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification with at least 1 year of experience
• Recent Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Professional Requirements

• Signed Code of Conduct form
• Completed I-9 verification
• Confidentiality and Information System Security Agreement signed
• Integrity and Audit Services form signed shortly before start
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure form signed
• Criminal background check covering federal, nationwide, and county records for the last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest academic level (degree or diploma/GED)
• Exclusion screenings including EPLS, OIG, NSO, and GSA/OIG reports dated within 30 days of start
• Joint Commission CORE exam completed within the last year
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start
• Skills checklist provided and completed by agency for clinical contractors

• Resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references are required for submission.
• All required documents must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to onboarding.
• Prior travel experience is not specified as a requirement for this position.
