Registered Nurse - OB/GYN (Labor and Delivery)

Location: Hot Springs, Arkansas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour shifts
Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend (EOW)
Call Requirements: None

Unit and Patient Population

• Unit: Women’s Services (Labor and Delivery, Post-partum, Wellbaby)
• Number of Beds: 7
• Patient Population: Adolescent, adult, neonate
• Patient Ratios: According to AWHONN standards
• Electronic Health Records (EHR): GE Centricity and Meditech

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN experience within the last year
• Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN preferred)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • STABLE certification
