Job Opportunity: Medical Technologist

Location

Lander, Wyoming
Must cover both Lander and Riverton campuses

Employment Type

Travel assignment
Contract length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday
6:30 AM to 4:00 PM
36 hours per week

Job Description

Oversee day-to-day operations of laboratory personnel performing chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests
Ensure adherence to quality control protocols
Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment
Support management in staffing, training, and compliance with state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist, including experience within the last year
Experience in supervisory roles within a laboratory setting
ASCP certification required
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association required

Additional Notes

Candidates must submit required certifications and documentation as part of the application
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
Experience working in community hospital settings is relevant and may be requested during submission
Must be able to work across multiple campuses as assigned
