Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) - Travel Position

Location: Fort Pierce, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Unit Information

• Hospital size: 497 beds
• Staff on unit: 30 Rad Techs

  • Day shift: 8 full-time
  • Night shift: 3 full-time
• Equipment used: GE imaging systems
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Call requirements: None
• Typical procedures:

  • Plain X-rays
  • Emergency X-rays
  • Fluoroscopy
  • Surgical or C-arm cases

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technologist license in Florida
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist Certification
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, including experience within the last year

Preferred Experience

• Trauma center experience
• Operating Room (OR) X-ray experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to function independently
