Overview

Travel assignment in Augusta, Georgia
Unit: 5 West
Building: Main Hospital
40-bed med-surg unit
1:7 patient ratio
Schedule: 36 hours per week with rotating weekends
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Georgia
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

Staffing per shift: 1 clinical nurse coordinator, 7 nurses, 4 PCTs, and 1 UC
Documentation system: Meditech
Floating: contract labor is first to float to like units
Regular medical equipment for med-surg unit
