Location: Austin, Texas Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours: 36 per week Shift: 12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Weekends: 4 shifts per schedule Call Requirements: No call required
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN / LVN license in Texas
- LPN / LVN with 1 year of experience
- LPN / LVN experience within the last year
- BLS certification
- IV Therapy Certificate (IV certification for LVNs)
- Med Surg experience
- Telemetry experience

- Unit: Med Surg/Tele, Floor 3 Central, 34 beds
- Telemetry experience is listed in the role description.
- Other listed skills: Med Surg assessment, pharmacology assessment, and Med Surg skills
- Patient ratio: 1:6
- Staffing: Day shift has 1 CNC, 3 RNs, 3 LVNs, 3 PCTs, and 1 UC. Night shift has 1 CNC, 3 RNs, 3 LVNs, and 3 PCTs.
- Most recruited for: Travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters
- Procedures: Dialysis, CBI, gastric decompression, and wound care
- Equipment: Welch Allyn vital sign monitors, COWs, Hoyer lift, PCA pumps, CareView Virtual Sitter, Telepsych, and Teleneuro
