Unit Information

• Unit: EP/CATH LAB
• Beds: 2 Cath labs, 1 EP lab
• Staff Composition: Combination of RN, RCIS, RT, CVT, 1 department assistant, 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator, 1 Manager
• Patient Ratios: 1:1, with 3 staff per room (4 staff for VT Ablation)
• Equipment Used: GE, ESI
• Documentation Systems: Meditech, MacLab
• Call Requirements: Four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Typical Procedures

• Pacemakers (all types)
• Ablations (all types)
• Watchman procedures
• Cryoablation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technician, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• De-escalation training
• Experience in an acute care setting

Additional Information

• Scrubs provided by the facility
• No specific preferences or prior travel experience required
