Job Opportunity: Interim Leader - Nursing Operations Director

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Job Details

  • Contract Length: 12 weeks
  • Facility Type: Behavioral Health Unit
  • Number of Beds: 77
  • Staffing: 50% permanent staff, 50% contract labor
  • EHR System: Hybrid (mostly paper currently, transitioning to Cerner by end of year)
  • Patient Population: Pre-psych, chemical dependency, not fully acute patients
  • Use of Telehealth: Not used inpatient; possible use in outpatient due to psychiatrist shortage
  • Current Challenges: High number of restraints and falls

Requirements

  • Education: Master’s Degree required
  • Experience:
    • Strong leadership experience and skills required
    • Behavioral Health experience required
  • Certifications: NBC, CMP required
