Position Details

• Specialty: Critical Care (Emergency Department)
• Shift: Nights (3 shifts of 12 hours each, 36 hours per week guaranteed)
• Number of Openings: 1
• Required Certifications:

  • Current Arkansas RN licensure
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
  • CPEN (Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse)
• Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in specialty
• EMR System: EPIC

Job Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan, evaluate, and provide care accordingly
• Educate patients and families as needed
• Utilize resources to optimize patient care and flow
• Follow pain assessment and management policies
• Participate in patient safety, risk management, and quality improvement programs
